Sitting with Pleasure
Too much computer, too much zoom, too much sitting, too much lying on the couch… too much back, neck and hip pain?
Imagine someone you haven’t seen in a while popping into your room and giving you a hug – could you get up spontaneously from your chair and hug them back? Regardless of whether they are coming from the right or the left?
